The PBJ - Power Breakfast Juice

It's Sunday evening, I'm waiting for my laundry to get done, and doing a little bit of cleaning up. So far, so good. As I was thinking about tomorrow and the start of another work week, I thought about what I'd like to have for breakfast. That's why I made this: my power breakfast juice. It has my favorite fruit (pineapple, orange and apples), my bunnies got some leftovers from the carrots, and it's super healthy, because I added matcha, wheat grass, acerola powder, and coconut oil. Enjoy!


Ingredients: 

200 g pineapple
200 g orange
100 g carrots
150 g apple
1 pinch of matcha 
1 pinch of acerola powder
1 pinch of wheat grass
1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation: 

Peel and cut the pineapple, carrots, apple and orange. 

Put everything in a juicer. 

Stir in the matcha, wheat grass, and acerola powder, until the juice turns a little green. 

Finally, add the coconut oil and stir well. 

Hoot, hoot! This juice can be a good substitute breakfast. I like to drink part of it on my way to work, and take the last few sips at the office. It keeps me going until lunch time.
